Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with additional needs.
Assisting students with their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Working closely with teachers to adapt learning activities.
Building positive, trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Encouraging positive behaviour and a growth mindset in a diverse, inclusive classroom setting.
