Duties Description The Incumbent will participate on a multidisciplinary survey team responsible for recertification, complaint, and focused inspections at long term care facilities in the region. As part of these inspections, the incumbent will seek and obtain federal surveyor qualification and assist in drafting inspection reports and uploading relevant material consistent with programmatic operation; reviewing regulatory waivers and making proper recommendations for determination; reviewing facility-developed policies and procedures, resident agreements, and plans of correction for appropriateness; The incumbent is responsible for the general office management and clerical oversight of nursing home surveillance activities, ensuring and monitoring the technical components of survey related software activities and all aspects of survey correspondence.
