• Provide accurate information regarding insurance coverage, claims status, and billing concerns
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
• Record all interactions in the system with clarity and accuracy
• Meet performance targets including customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity
• Work collaboratively with team leaders and support teams to ensure customer needs are met
