JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARYThe Healthcare Copywriter reports to the Director, Member Engagement & Communications and is responsible for developing and managing corporate communications and member-facing content that educate and inform individuals about their health benefits. A key focus of this position is creating clear, culturally relevant, and accessible content that simplifies complex insurance concepts for individuals who may be new to health benefits.
