IMMEDIATE HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE OPENINGS
OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST HEALTHCARE OPERATION COMPANIES IN THE AREA
FULL TIME POSITION WITH ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT
2 SHFITS OPEN
2PM-11PM MONDAY - FRIDAY + SATURDAY (5 DAY WORK WEEK, OFF SUNDAY + 1 DAY DURING THE WEEK)
10AM-8PM (YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED AN 8 HOUR SHIFT INSIDE OF THESE HOURS) + SATURDAY (5 DAY WORK WEEK, OFF SUNDAY + 1 DAY DURING THE WEEK)
BOSTON, MA (ON SITE ONLY)
$24/HR
Qualifications:
2 years of call center experience or healthcare administration experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage inbound calls
Microsoft Office proficient
Responsibilities:

+ The Customer Service Center answers call for the main published phone numbers for our hospitals and over 300 medical practices in the U

+ Processing calls for the Main Listed Number, Paging, Dispatch, and Answering Service
