Job Description

Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5:30pm
Pay Rate: Will be increasing to $23/HR starting July 1st
Description

+ Managing communications and patient education regarding ER visits, inpatient hospital resources, and Early Bird Alert portals.

+ Providing marketing and enrollment assistance, and working closely with brokers and benefits specialists.

+ Handling inbound/outbound calls and ensuring smooth transitions for patients between medical settings

Qualifications

+ At least 2 years of experience working in a healthcare environment (prior authorization, insurance verification, benefit verification, etc)

+ Must be bilingual in Spanish
