Job Description
Join our growing team! We are currently seeking to fill the role of Heat Treat Operator / Finishing Tech on 2nd and 3rd shift.
SUMMARY:
Heat Treat Operator / finishing tech will operate heat treat furnaces and ultrasonic degreaser. Follow operational sheets and maintain all quality records including calibration checks
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Ensure sure parts are clean and have been ultrasonic cleaned and dried if required, prior to loading into the furnace.
+ Set up and run furnaces to operation sheet requirements.
+ Execute the production schedule for heat treat.
+ Verify heat treat charts.
+ Perform special process certified operations such as shot peen, waterflow, airflow etc.…as required.
+ Inspect materials to operation sheet requirements.
+ Set-up and run airflow, waterflow and shot peen.
+ Perform inspections of high visual concentration.
