£14.24 per hour (including rolled-up holiday pay)

We are currently seeking a Heat Treatment Operative to join a specialist manufacturing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals wishing to develop a long-term career within engineering and manufacturing. Full training will be provided, with an expected training period of 3–6 months. Upon successful completion of training, there will be opportunities for pay progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate heat treatment furnaces
• Load and unload components safely and efficiently
• Monitor furnace operations and production processes
• Maintain accurate production records using computer systems
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams to record and communicate information
