**Job Summary:**

Ensures safe and reliable operation, maintenance and repair of all support systems and equipment with emphasis on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ice making machines. Performs electrical, mechanical, plumbing and refrigeration installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and repair work.

**Job Responsibilities and Requirements:**

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Performs inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all refrigerators and ice machines.
+ Complete projects on a timely basis and within budget parameters.
+ Maintains current and accurate records of all maintenance inspections and repairs in computerized maintenance management system and/or on appropriate forms.
