Job Description

Individuals will be operating equipment on construction sites, requiring the operation of bulldozers, excavators, motor graders, and front-end loaders for their grade crew. Comfort with working outside the cab is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery such as dozers, excavators, and loaders to move earth, debris, and materials.
• Use equipment to dig, level, and grade land according to project specifications.
• Clear land, remove obstacles, and ensure proper groundwork for construction.
• Load, transport, and distribute materials like dirt, gravel, and rock.
• Perform daily inspections, minor repairs, and routine maintenance to keep machinery in top condition.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of heavy equipment operation.
• 2-3+ years experience operating Excavators and Dozers.
