Job Description
**HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR**
**$28–$35/hr + OVERTIME | YEAR‑ROUND WORK**
If you’ve got seat time and want **steady work and tons of overtime hours** , this is it. We’re hiring operators for a **large commercial project** — plenty of equipment to run and **work year‑round** .
**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
+ Run **excavators, dozers, motor graders, scrapers, tractor pans, backhoes, and track hoes**
+ Handle **site prep, grading, trenching, and dirt work**
+ Switch between machines as needed
+ Do fine grading and get pads ready
+ Basic equipment checks and upkeep
+ Work safe and keep production moving
**WHAT YOU NEED**
+ **3+ years** running heavy equipment
+ Experience on **dozers, hoes, graders, or similar equipment**
+ GPS experience is a plus
+ Valid driver’s license
+ Able to work outdoors in all conditions
