**Requirements/Qualifications/Competence**:
- **Minimum 5 years of offshore work experience**in heavy-lift or construction vessels (not drilling rigs).
- At least **5 years of experienc**e operating main cranes with lifting capacities between **250 to 2000 tonnes**, with consistent work on vessels using cranes of 400 tonnes or more.
- Familiarity with major crane systems such as NOV, HUISMAN, AMCLYDE, and LIEBHERR preferred.
