- Manage hardware and software asset inventory for end-user devices including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including device provisioning, account setup, and access management
- Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 tenant including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
- Own endpoint security posture across all end-user devices; administer endpoint detection and response (EDR) and mobile device management (MDM) solutions
- Assist with identity and access management (IAM) tasks within cloud platforms, including role assignments, service accounts, and MFA enforcement
