Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to end users in a fast-paced IT environment. This role will support users with day-to-day technical issues and deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, chat, and remote support.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide help desk support for hardware, software, and user access issues

+ Perform Active Directory password resets and basic account administration

+ Support users with Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and related tools

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows 10 environments

+ Deliver remote support to end users via phone, email, and chat

+ Document support requests, resolutions, and escalations in the ticketing system

+ Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams as needed
