Helpdesk Associate - Part Time (AM)

We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Associate - Part Time to join our team in Guadalajara (On‑site).

Requirements

• Availability to work 22.5 hours per week
• Interest in working on Morning shifts
• Advanced English
• Looking to work in IT Environment
• 6 months of experience in Customer Service

Preferred Schedule

7:00-11:30AM (ON‑SITE)

Activities

• General L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
• Answer technical support calls providing and escalating to other support groups
• Document troubleshooting steps and detailed description of the customer incidents and requests
• Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures
