- Assist the driver in towing vehicles to designated locations, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Assist the tow truck driver with the hookup, loading, and unloading of vehicles.
- Help secure towed vehicles properly to prevent damage during transportation.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed when operating in roadside or emergency situations.
- Assist with basic maintenance checks on the tow truck, such as inspecting cables, chains, and towing equipment.
