Helper

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and maintaining store inventory, ensuring shelves are stocked and products are neatly displayed.
• Help customers locate items, answer basic product inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
• Receive and unpack deliveries, check products for damage or discrepancies, and store items in appropriate locations.
• Assist in keeping the store clean, including sweeping, mopping, and ensuring aisles are clear of obstacles.
• Support store staff in various tasks, such as inventory counts, restocking, and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, as needed.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
