Responsibilities

Hemodialysis Nurses provides specialized care to patients with kidney failure, managing their dialysis treatments, monitoring their health, and educating them about their condition.

• Assist patients with kidney failure through hemodialysis treatment.
• Initiate, monitor, and terminate hemodialysis treatment.
• Work closely with other medical staff to ensure patient safety during hemodialysis treatment.
• Refer any concerns, complications, laboratory values to the In-house Physician/Attending Nephrologist.
• Discuss patient’s concerns and provide health teachings to patients.
