Job Requirements: Possess a valid Singapore Tourism Board (STB) Tour Guide License Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 5 passes Experience in museums, heritage attractions, places of interest or related homeland security industries preferred Strong presentation and storytelling skills Positive attitude and customer-oriented personality Job Responsibilities: Conduct engaging guided tours for local and overseas visitors Present historical information accurately and professionally Facilitate interactive exhibits and visitor activities Ensure visitors have a safe and enjoyable experience Encourage visitor participation and feedback Maintain professionalism and adhere to operational procedures
