Job Description
Class 1 HGV Driver
As a Class 1 HGV Driver, you will be an ambassador for Thames Water out on the road, ensuring our values are upheld and providing first‑class customer service.
You will work as part of the Logistics Delivery team, operating a fleet of potable water tankers to support both reactive and planned work. Responsibilities include taking water samples before loading and discharging, following all processes and procedures, and operating HGV 1, HGV 2 (manual and automatic gearboxes), and support vehicles such as welfare vans.

Shift Pattern
- 38.5 hours per week – 4 on, 4 off (Days & Nights) – £42,435 per annum
- 38.5 hours per week – 4 on, 4 off (Monday to Sunday Day shifts) – £37,337 per annum
