HGV Workshop Technician / Mechanic - Weeford
Salary: Negotiable (DOE) | Full-Time | Permanent | Excellent long-term opportunity
Schedule: Monday: 06:00 - 16:00; Tuesday - Friday: 06:30 - 16:30; 1 in every 3 Saturdays
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly motivated HGV Workshop Technician / Mechanic to join a growing and well‑established transport business based in Weeford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, fast‑paced workshop maintaining a modern and diverse fleet of DAF, Volvo, MAN and Renault vehicles.
The Role
- Servicing and maintaining a fleet of approx. 90 vehicles and 30 trailers
- Fault diagnostics on HGV vehicles
- MOT preparation and inspections
- Weekly and monthly vehicle checks
- Mechanical and electrical repairs
- Working within a time‑critical distribution environment
