Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive governance framework for the responsible and ethical use of generative AI (Gen‑AI) technologies within DBS Bank’s operations and service offerings.
Establish policies, guidelines, and control measures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to Gen‑AI deployment.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including technology, risk, compliance, and business units, to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with the use of Gen‑AI.
Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to business leaders and project teams on the appropriate application of Gen‑AI, including considerations around AI literacy, prompt engineering, and model interpretability.
