**Job Title: High Reach Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled high reach operators to efficiently operate reach truck forklifts for order picking in a dynamic warehouse environment. Candidates will focus on stand-up forklift operation, primarily using Crown forklifts, and must be capable of meeting supervisor quotas while occasionally performing tasks by hand.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate reach truck forklifts to pick orders efficiently.
+ Meet supervisor quotas and maintain a fast-paced work environment.
+ Perform manual tasks as required when not operating the forklift.
+ Utilize Crown forklifts predominantly, with openness to other brands.
