Job Description
Facilitate high-volume recruitment efforts for corporate banking roles as a dedicated Consultant. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent in a hands-on environment.
In this 12-month contract position, you'll be responsible for supporting executive recruitment while juggling multiple job requisitions concurrently. You'll partner with hiring managers and HR to implement effective recruitment strategies, utilizing your experience with ATS to enhance recruitment processes. Your ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships will be vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee multiple corporate job openings and the recruitment lifecycle
• Source talent and conduct candidate screenings efficiently
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers on selection processes
• Track recruitment metrics using Applicant Tracking Systems
• Engage in collaborative projects with HR & Workday teams

• 2–4+ years in corporate, high-volume recruitment
