Job Description

Overview
Primary Function:
Provide individual and small group tutoring and homework assistance to High School students in the Learning Center. Assist students in improving academic achievement by helping them with homework and/or reviewing class material. Other assistance might include: predicting test questions or working on solutions to problems.
 Responsibilities 
Key Roles (essential Job Responsibilities):
Coordinates daily homework assistance and tutoring program for members.
Prepares the learning center for the day’s activities and programs by setting up materials.
Keep written logs of members’ observations and progress.
Assures that all members sign in when coming into the program.
Maintains members order and discipline by managing members’ behavior; reinforces rules of the club and all the recreational areas (including the gym).
