A supportive primary school is seeking a full-time HLTA to provide lesson cover across the school and deliver targeted interventions to support pupil progress. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning, support pupils with varying needs, and promote positive behaviour. Previous experience covering classes, delivering interventions, and supporting teaching and learning within a primary setting is essential.
