Highly Speciliased Cardiac Physiologist

Performs transthoracic echocardiography, (TTE) using manual dexterity and precision, exercising specialist judge mental skills when acquiring images. To produce a full, accurate and comprehensive clinical reports independently for each study, which will directly affect patient care and/or management. Responsibility for own caseload.

Main duties of the job

Performs independently transthoracic echocardiography, (TTE) using manual dexterity and precision, exercising specialist judge mental skills when acquiring images. To perform 12 Lead Electrocardiograms when necessary. To produce full, accurate and comprehensive clinical reports independently for each study, which will directly affect patient care and/or management. Responsibility for own caseload. To take a leading role in staff development and training as required.
