Highways Maintenance Operative Apprentice

FM Conway are currently recruiting Highways Maintenance Operative Apprentices to join our Term Maintenance Division, working on a number of key projects based in Central London. You will work in a supported learning environment to develop the skills and knowledge required to complete a Level 2 Highways Maintenance Operative qualification. As part of the Term Maintenance team, you will gain hands‑on experience across a range of construction and highways maintenance activities. This is a full‑time, permanent position based in Central London.

We will be hosting a Recruitment Day on Tuesday 4th August 2026 in London, so if you are shortlisted, you would need to be available for this day.
