Role SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on HiL + dSPACE Engineer with strong experience in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing, simulation, and system integration.
The ideal candidate will work on developing, configuring, and validating real-time simulation environments using dSPACE systems to support ECU and embedded software validation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, modify, and maintain HiL simulation models using MATLAB/SimulinkConfigure and integrate dSPACE HiL systems (SCALEXIO / MicroAutoBox)Perform system-level validation and testing of ECUs in a HiL environmentDevelop and execute automated test scripts (Python, ControlDesk, AutomationDesk)Design and support wiring, harness, and I/O interface setups for HiL benchesCreate and maintain ControlDesk dashboards and test interfacesDebug system issues across hardware, software, and communication layersCollaborate with software, controls, and validation teams for integration testingSupport real-time simulation tuning and performance opti...
