Job Description

            Job Details: 
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse 
Location: Gettysburg, PA 17325 
Shift: 8 hours (7am-3:30pm) 
Contract: 9 weeks 
Start: ASAP  
Requirements: 
Must be licensed LPN  
Must have BLS/CPR  
Experience with SNF/LTC preferred .  
Must be COVID vaccinated or Religious Exemption  
Responsibilities: Record a patient's medical history accurately.  
Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.  
Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.  
Monitor patients' condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.
