Job Description
The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests in the restaurant or dining area. She warmly welcomes guests, manages table reservations, ensures efficient seating arrangements and supports the restaurant team to provide a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests courteously upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, inform guests of daily specials and introduce the server responsible for their table.
- Manage and update restaurant reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
