About the role: We're seeking a proactive and driven Employee Relations (ER) Intern to join our Human Resources team. Recent MBA Candidates who are passionate about employee engagement, Conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture are welcome. Key Responsibilities: Assist the ER team in handling employee grievances and concerns professionally and confidentially. Support documentation and record-keeping for employee relations cases. Assist in the implementation of HR Policies and compliance initiatives. Coordinate employee engagement activities and feedback mechanisms. Provide support for internal audits, investigations and compliance checks. Requirements: MBA With a specialization in HR or Related field.
