Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (TSM)
Experience: 4–8 Years
Channel: General Trade (GT)
Achieve primary, secondary sales and distribution targets in the assigned territory.
Drive expansion of distribution by improving numeric and weighted reach, ensuring product visibility.
Manage and lead the sales team including hiring, training, and performance monitoring.
