Histotechnician (Histo Tech) Dermatology MOHS

Histotechnician

Reports to the Operations Manager, the Histotechnician prepares surgical tissue specimens and slide preparations following established standards and CLIA guidelines for diagnostic microscopic examination for MOHS Surgery. Assist Dermatology providers in all aspects of patient care. Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED: Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience and at least 6 months of Anatomic Pathology experience. Completion of Beck Consulting Mohs Workshop within 6 months of start date (a signed work agreement will be required)
