About the role

You will deliver pre-planned lessons during PPA cover, support across KS1 and KS2, and lead targeted interventions to help pupils progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons to whole classes when required
• Lead small group interventions in core subjects
• Support pupils with SEND and additional needs
• Work closely with teachers to adapt learning
• Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment

Requirements

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Confident classroom presence
• Strong behaviour management
• Flexible and proactive approach
