- Manage warehouse unpurchased loan pipelines
- Obtain necessary documentation to perfect a loan for delivery to Investors or Insurance with an agency
- Perform compliance and ad hoc audits
- Provide suspense and error trend analysis to the Operations Centers
- Address issues which may arise after loan closing
- Clear investor or agency suspense conditions
- Work with EMB lenders, title companies or counties to address outstanding final documents
- Work with borrowers to address loan deficiencies to allow insuring or guaranty of government loans
- Manage the escrow holdback process
