Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Hoist Operator to join a busy construction site in Toowoomba, working on a large-scale housing development.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 4:30/5:00pm
Pay: $38/hr + Travel Allowance + Daily Overtime + Meal Allowance
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a personnel/material hoist on a residential construction project. Working closely with site teams, you'll play a key role in keeping site operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating hoist to transport workers and materials safely
Coordinating with site supervisors and trades
Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance
Ensuring compliance with site safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
Valid High Risk HP (Hoist) Ticket - essential
Previous experience operating hoists on construction sites - essential
