Job Description
We are looking for a new operator at the Holly Blue, this is a food‑led community pub, currently averaging £12k pw with a 60/40 dry‑led sales mix.
The Holly Blue, is a well‑established and much‑loved pub in the historic village of Pevensey, close to Eastbourne and the Sussex coast. A traditional, welcoming pub with food at its heart and a loyal local following. With flexible internal spaces and an attractive outdoor area, it’s perfectly suited to all‑day trading, family dining and community occasions.
