Job description Run the production process of hologram, drawing up a production schedule; ensure that the production is cost effective; Decide what resources are required; draft a timescale for the job; estimate costs and set the quality standards; Analyzing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency. Leading operations/production team for cost effective production providing guidance for technical troubleshooting of process plant. Helping in OTD and FTR Control production operations entailing product development activities as per changing market needs, vendor management, as well as handling industrial relations Responsible for ISO, 5S, QC and customer Satisfaction Maintaining OTIF Waste control QC process check Planning and organizing production schedules.
