Our nursing team plays a critical role in reducing unnecessary hospitalizations, supporting urgent participant needs, and delivering compassionate care directly in the community.
We are actively expanding our nursing team and seeking a Weekend Field RN who enjoys autonomy, geriatric care, independent decision-making, and meaningful patient relationships outside of a traditional hospital setting.
