Home Care Worker - Willoughby

Care Connect are seeking motivated individuals to provide in home care to our Out of Hospital Care and Aged Care clients in Willoughby, Pennant Hills, Ku-ring-gai, Pymble and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities of the Homecare Support Worker:

• Personal grooming and hygiene assistance including medication reminders
• Domestic duties including cleaning and laundry
• Food shopping, menu planning and meal preparation
• Mobility assistance within the home/local community
• Must possess strong care factor to prioritise client well-being

Requirements of the role:
