We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Canton, Plymouth, and surrounding areas. This position is eligible for a $8,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year! This position is considered light full-time with a 4 day per week schedule, 1 weekend a month rotation and 1 holiday per year rotation. Benefit eligible.
