Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist to see patients in Perry County, PA and surrounding area.

• Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week guaranteed
• No weekends or holidays!
• 13-week contract to start

Requirements:

• Home Health Physical Therapy experience with a Medicare certified agency
• Homecare Homebase
• OASIS experience
