Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide home health therapy services across our growing coverage zones. This position offers a premium starting rate of $95.00 per session, with the flexibility to choose a geographic territory that aligns best with your location and commuting preferences. Coverage Area & Territories We are actively hiring to cover the following regions. You can customize your territory based on the cities listed below: The Ontario-to-LA Corridor: Ontario, Montclair, Pomona, Claremont, La Verne, San Dimas, Glendora, Covina, West Covina, and expanding toward East Los Angeles. Riverside County Area: Riverside, Corona, Norco, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, and Moreno Valley.
