This position is responsible for assessing client health needs, nursing care requirement and the delivery of nursing care on all assigned clients.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(25%)* Assesses client health needs, nursing care requirements, and delivery of nursing care on all assigned clients. Directs client assessments by other nursing staff.
(25%)* Plans care for assigned clients and directs the planning of care by other nursing staff. (
25%)* Evaluates effectiveness of plan of care; ensures responsible care is rendered to clients. (
25%)* Implements nursing actions in accordance with established standards of nursing practice and demonstrates competence in nursing care of the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric client.
