Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health RN Case Manager.




Coverage needs primarily in the Foxboro/Mansfield/Easton/Sharon/Walpole, MA area and surrounding towns

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Occasional weekends may be required

***Requires minimum 1 year recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.****
