Job Description
Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently recruiting for a **Home Hospice Nurse** in **Jefferson City, MO.** This is an on-site opportunity. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:
**Pay:** $51.00 - $55.75 per hour based on experience
**Type:** Three-month contract
**Schedule:** 32 hours guaranteed, 8:00AM – 4:30 (Monday – Friday)
**On Call / Weekend Requirement:** Yes, per agency rotation
**Coverage Areas:** Within 50 miles of Jefferson City, Missouri
**Primary Responsibilities:**
· Ability to do admission visits, recertifications and death/discharges.
· Case management
· Ability to work independently and take patient medications, ordering supplies, ensuring all their needs are met and are comfortable.
· Manage home hospice patients.
