• Develop mutually trustful relationships with all families within caseload. 
• Plan and facilitate regularly scheduled home visits with all families on caseload.
• Provide developmentally appropriate and simulating activates that help develop the relationship/bonding of parent and child.
• Help parents organize and access services based on individual family needs and act as an advocate for families when needed.
• Maintain harmonious working relationship with others.
• Maintain a commitment to professionalism at all time.
• Bilingual. (English-Spanish)
