Reporting directly to the Divisional Director, the successful candidate will provide practical and direct support to the home manager and home, to ensure that the highest quality of care is provided. This role requires someone with flexibility who is willing to travel and work a variety of shifts, including the occasional weekend shift. On 15th March 2022 it will no longer be a legal requirement for care home employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
