Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning & Delivery: Design and deliver personalized lessons based on the student’s learning needs, ensuring effective understanding of the subject matter.
• Progress Monitoring: Track and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and adjusting teaching methods to meet individual learning styles and goals.
• Support & Motivation: Provide academic support, answer questions, and motivate students to build confidence and foster a love of learning.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Education, or the relevant subject area (e.g., Math, Science, English) is preferred.
• Experience: Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus, with an ability to adapt lessons for different age groups and learning levels.
